I couldn't have been happier with my stay at the hotel. Despite a slight initial issue with the room being a non-smoking one, the staff quickly accommodated my request for a smoking room without any hassle. However, the persistent unpleasant smell in the room was quite a downside, even with the air conditioning on during the cool autumn. The location was superb, offering easy access to Shibuya and various dining options nearby.
